Shipping policy

All orders received no later than 4.00 pm will be shipped the next working day, Standard delivery time is 1-3 days, depending on the weather (please see more info below), we ship via Dpd courier services.

Please note that orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (this excludes weekends and holidays).

Someone over the age of 18 must be present to sign for items containing alcohol and a holographic ID document, EU/UK Driving Licence or Passport must be shown to the driver, to enable the items to be delivered. Failure to do this will result in the items being returned back to the depot. charges may be incurred for redelivery of the item after age verification has been clarified and completed by head office.

Extreme Weather

In adverse weather conditions, delivery maybe delayed, but we will endeavour to keep you up to date of the expected delivery date.
